Need help setting up profile? Reply to this email with your Logo, Headshot and Business Bio (150 characters or less) and we'll get them added for you!

Step 3 | It's Time To Sell! | It's time to start selling your EXTRA goods, services, Gift Cards, etc on the Marketplace so then you can buy the things you want with your earned trade credit!  Adding your offerings on the Vendvana Marketplace is a breeze with the video tutorials below.

Remember you have choices! You totally have control over what offerings you want to share and perform with the Vendvana members at 100% trade.  You can put as many or as little on the Marketplace and control the timing too.  If a member reaches out to you directly for work not listed on the marketplace, you (as the seller) and the buyer can agree to do the work at 100% trade (at full retail value) or you can offer to do the work for cash.

The buyer does however pay sales tax, gratuities and shipping in cash. These parts of the transaction are the responsibility of the seller and are facilitated outside of Vendvana. Always charge & receive any cash payment due from the buyer before providing the item/service. And remember to keep depositing into your Relationship Bank by always tipping well.

It's a Win/Win!  That way when you are a buyer and buy things through Vendvana you too are getting them at 100% trade (at full retail value).

Step 4 | Sellers - How To Post A Transaction. | So what happens when I sell something to another member? Now it's time to post the transaction. Selling your offerings on the Vendvana Marketplace is a breeze with the video tutorials below.

Step 6 | How Do I Find Other Members? | One of the best parts about the Vendvana community is the ability to meet other like-minded professionals.  Finding member profiles and updating your own member profile on the Vendvana Marketplace is a breeze with the video tutorials below.  After all don't we all want to do business with people we know and trust!

Step 7 | What's On my Wishlist? | What are you looking forward to spending your VEND Dollars on (gifts, home or personal services, business needs etc.).  Email concierge@vendvana.com with your top 3 goods/services you would like to buy with your earned trade credit.

Step 8 | The Fun Stuff... Statements, Processing, Credit Cards 

 Statements: You can view and print your current or previous monthly statements from your Vendvana Member dashboard 24/7!  To view statement simply:  1. Login to you Vendvana Member dashboard  2. Follow View Your Statement instructions

 Process Transactions: We process the previous month's invoice the first week of the current month.  On or around the 1st of the month we will send an invoice via email.   The following day we will process the current invoice with the credit card on file.  (Ex: The first week of October we will process September invoice.)

 Credit Card On File: Keeping a current credit card listed is important to stay active in the community, as this is used for processing your monthly transaction and monthly membership fees (when applicable).  To update your card simply:  1. Login to you Vendvana Member dashboard  2. Follow Update My Credit Card instructions

Do I Collect Cash? The buyer pay sales tax, gratuities and shipping/handling in cash. These parts of the transaction are the responsibility of the seller and are facilitated outside of Vendvana. Always charge and collect any cash owed from the buyer up front and before shipping an item. And remember to keep depositing into your Relationship Bank by always tipping well.
